Mills  Family Aug 07. Fantastic setting, and such a lovely house. Nice and hot making the pool a real winner! – All recommendations very useful.  Staff helpful and welcoming.  Try Wild Boar at the  Mulinella !

Crookenden Family – London July 08. A terrific 2 weeks of lounging around the pool in your lovely garden. Thoroughly intoxicating lavender, Rosemary, and the buzz of honey bees. Our trips to  Orvieto etc.,were almost reluctantly! –We think La Scaletta should be added to your restaurant list as an excellent family option.

Balkenhol de Vries Aug 09 – (extract only)-We very much enjoyed staying at Il Gelso. These have been very relaxing and comfortable 2 weeks.  I would also like to compliment Agostino Giuseppa and Laura for their helpfulness, friendliness and patience.last but not least we learned from Giuseppa, that we should be honoured to have Gelsomina in our company, usually in the late afternoon, because apparently she is a selective cat and does not hang arund with anyone.
